How to consume TAP and SIAP for lightcurve survey ?

Hi all
my original question was about light curves not radio data cubes ;-)
So is there a suggested solution here ?
How the suggested SIAP2 joins the photometry data model ? I will repeat -
we need some quick solution for the students working on our survey and
there should be something able to display the light curve and some
processing on it - Period analysis, folding with phase ....
Is Iris going to do this ? So far I have seen just web service of VOA
linked to several surveys directly.
BTW concerning TAP -
the question remains - not only HOW to consume but WHAT to consume in TAP
I cannot find anything that would realize the idea of
querying all servers using obscore to make discovery as described in the
motivation of introducing the ObsTAP.
nice examples in Appendix A of
http://www.ivoa.net/Documents/ObsCore/20111028/REC-ObsCore-v1.0-20111028.pdf
do not work - the stated service
"http://www.cadc.hia.nrc.gc.ca/caom/sync
does not exist.
In no TAP service available in Astrogrid registry over Topcat is the
obscore table ....
Where are all TAP services ? In TOPCAT there is access only to Astrogrid
registry (EURO-VO registry query crashes) and in Astrogrid there are only
few TAP resources - some catalogues and planetary tables + heteregeneous
set of GAVO tables.
I was expecting CADC is advanced in TAP - but no entry seems to be for
direct access to CADC.
I would expect obseration logs of missions and surveys to be put in
obscore and allowed for the discovery process ...
What am I doing wrong ?
