TAP enters the TCG review phase

TAP (as defined by PR-TAP-1.0-20091006) has entered into the TCG review 
phase with the intention of it becoming a recommendation in time for the 
Interop. There are some ToDo elements in the above document acting as 
placeholders for other standards currently going through the approval 
process in parallel with TAP. Minor editing will fix these once the 
standards are passed.

It has been a long and arduous journey, but the destination is the 
important factor. My thanks to all who have helped get us this far most 
especially Pat.
