I am attaching for comment a draft of an IVOA note titled:

"Extreme Precision Radial Velocity (EPRV) Astronomy and the  IVOA," edited by Jennifer Burt add myself. his will be the topic of my talk at the apps session on the morning of June 5.

Jenn is from JPL and is an expert in EPRV astronomy. She leads an international working group that seeks to set to establish data format standards for EPRV data
sets. This will be the topic of my talk at the apps session on the morning of June 5.

We hope that we can complete the note by say mid June.
