[csp] IVOA meeting attendance.

Hello All,

Sorry to tell you this, but because my wife has injured her hand and will require surgery, I will not be able to attend the IVOA in person. I will however attend online for the whole conference, and give both myscheduled presentations.

Please note this decision is not related to the political climate in the US.
