Space-Time coverages in MOC - STMOC

We would like to announce a Note on an extension of MOC for time-space coverage:
"Description of MOC extension to support Time (TMOC) and Space Time Coverage (STMOC)"

there is the possibility of extending this approach to cover energy information.
