VOTable Streaming Parser version 2.0 Released

Dear All,
We have released the VOTable C++ Streaming Parser version 2.0 on 08th
April 2005. The source code and binary executables are available for free
download at http://vo.iucaa.ernet.in/~voi/cplusparser_stream.htm

These features are new in version 2.0 of Parser.

1. Support for VOTable version 1.1.
2. Support for parsing Binary Data and Fits Data added.
3. Added error handling mechanism for missing data.
