SAMPy beta release supporting SAMP-HUB

Dear all,

following Mark's announces, you can find a beta release of SAMPy 
supporting SAMP_HUB environment variable here:

This 1.2.0beta release also includes some new features, an utility 
script and a new example (see ChangeLog). The API documentation can be 
found in the "apidoc" directory of the address above reported.
