VOEvent transport protocol Working draft online

Hi Jean-Paul,

The Palomar-Quest and Catalina Real-time Transient Surveys served VOEvents for several years via Jabber/XMPP and there is still (legacy) software to do this. I would suggest contacting Andrew Drake (ajd at cacr.caltech.edu) for further details.
