Annotators in VOEventRegExt?

Hi,

Another question for VOEventRegExt - in addition to VOEventStream and VOEventServer, do we want to define a service called VOEventAnnotator or an Annotation capability for a VOEventServer?

The metadata would consist of:
- which streams does the annotator accept
- which params does it use
- what is the response

Any more?
