Eventful Universe program

An initial draft of the Eventful Universe program is at:

Contributed slots are starting to fill up, but room remains.  (Some of  
the invited talks will roll over to the second day, etc.)  The agendas  
for the various breakout sessions are also being worked out.  (The  
checkboxes on the registration form are just guidelines.)

This has been an interesting exercise in building an agenda from the  
"outside-in" relative to the usual VOEvent point of view.
