MPC to VOEvent translator?

I have MPEC one line parser..which works very good for my target
database purposes (for MP observing). Based on knowledge of MPEC
one-line and emails from Arnold Rots, I can try to provide VO Event
translator - unless somebody have it. This should be pretty trivial.
