Technical question about v1.1 VOEvent schema

Hi Jean-Paul,

I'm copying Bob Denny who has expressed similar issues with the v1.1  
schema.  We certainly intend to fix this for v2.0.  I don't believe  
anyone would object if we worked around the issue for v1.1 by  
installing an updated schema in some public location.  Comments from  
the WG?
