VOEvent v2.0 and Hotwired II

Howdy,

We're in the run up to Hotwired II.  The idea is to leverage the  
workshop to focus our efforts to bring the current round of ongoing  
work to a set of milestones.  Roy has graciously created a wiki page  
for these efforts:

and we populated this with bullets for the major items.  Please review  
for anything we've missed.  Feel free to edit the page yourself, to  
upload docs, or to simply discuss issues on this list.  Thanks to Bob  
for getting that started.

Also, while the deadline for Hotwired II:

isn't for a few weeks yet, the POC would appreciate a head count of  
likely speakers so we can start to put the agenda together.  Note that  
payment is a separate step from filling out the form, so it is very  
easy to submit a title/abstract.
