Any news from Arnold Rots about library/implementation for STC?

Will somebody provide me with a tool which will transform complex STC to
simple actual RA DEC I can feed to telescope and start observing? Having
posibility to record minor bodies (whatever they are called) in VOEvent
is nice, but my system do not understand the encoding, it will not help
me amuch (of course I do have orbital params->RA DEC transformations,
but I need to feed orbital params - and if I do not have STC
implementation, I have to do that myself - great, but I have other more
reasonable thinks to do).
