eSTAR outage

All,

I'm in the process of migrating all of the eSTAR services onto a new  
server rack. This means that there is some risk of outage during the  
next couple of weeks.

It also means that the endpoint of the VOEvent broker will be  
changing, so everybody with a client connected to the broker will  
have to point their client to a different host. I'll let people know  
what this will be tomorrow, or possibly Friday. If you have a client  
connected to the broker, permanently or intermittently, and you think  
I might not know about it. You should probably mail me and double  
check what's going on...
