This is an official notification of an "at risk" period for the eSTAR
network as some support staff will be absent from our outsourced data-
centre between the 24th of August and the 9th of September.

Stand-in cover will be in place, but there is some risk that if an
outage occurs it may take longer than normal to resolve the incident
due to unfamiliarity with the systems. However even in the event of
an outage to the affected systems, there should be no risk to real
time operations, and no possibility of permanent data loss.
