VOEvent 1.1 new draft with STC elaboration

At the December meeting I gave the URL for a hack of the 1.0 spec
which added the Signature element.

I sent the URL out on 2006-01-10 (which was in the midst of AAS).

Is there any desire to add W3C Signature elements for authentication?
