The end point of the eSTAR VOEvent broker has moved to;

    estar3.astro.ex.ac.uk:9099

from the existing end point of estar.astro.ex.ac.uk:9099. There may  
be some problems with unique IDs for ACK and IAMALIVE messages, in  
other words it might, or might not start duplicating IDs at some  
point. I think that this won't happen. Unique IDs of actual event  
messages won't be appear duplicated.

This end point will be a semi-permanent move, at some point I'll  
introduce a DNS alias so we don't have to do this again.

Apologies for the disruption, rest assured it was a lot more painful  
for me that it was for you guys.
