Roy, Before I left for the holiday, I talked with Neil Gehrels as a heads-up about the letter-of-support for the VOE proposal. he said no problems. So (as per previous conversations) just draft up the letter, send it to me, I'll read and tweak it, and then get Neil to sign it (on letterhead/whatever). --scott
