I've dropped the initial releases of the Perl modules and supporting 
simple server application onto the new VOEvent project on Sourceforge, 
see http://sourceforge.net/projects/voevent/

I'll push the actual code to the Sourceforge CVS server later in the 
week, and set up some simple web pages to describe what's going on 
here!

As soon as I setup the public facing CVS archive if anyone wants 
developer access, mail me...
