Hello,

As posted on the twiki page below, the deadline for booking your hotel 
room at the Athenaeum is March 12 - this Saturday. After that date they 
will release the rooms we have held to other guests.

To make a reservation, please call the Athenaeum at 626-395-8200 by 
March 12, 2005, and reference the VOEvent Workshop.

If you run into any difficulty contacting the Athenaeum or booking a 
room, please let me know.
