Expressing 2- and 3-D coordinates

Hi all,
I didn't take part to the discussion last week (starting reading it when it
was nearly over - typical time scale problem for me ;-) ), but I am
strongly in favor of Arnold's compromise. For me the point is
not only that lists are presently not supported but that spatial
coordinates play really a slightly different role. (at least in the
case of RA and DEC, mais be different for a X,Y,Z frame for interplanetary
medium description) . Building the Characterization model which maakes reuse of STC
components we faced this list syntax problems monthes ago to build our
utypes and I was in favor of this splitting out. I am glad to see that
VOEvent people have shared the same concerns, and I would like to thank
Armold for the effort. By the Way I have nothing using lists in XML in general
of course, as was allready pointed out by other people even VOTable allows arrays
of values...

Best regards to all
François
