Theory session in next IVOA meeting at College Park

Hello, 

The SimDM update is managed by Hervé. That should be a simple update that includes typo corrections and new URIs for SKOS concepts. 
We can start to discuss a larger update of SimDM.
I think another topic we should discuss is implementations of SimDM and SimDAL and how to motivate simulation data providers to publish their data using these IVOA standards. 

So for the talks we would have:
* N-body codes (Marco’s colleagues)
* New URIs for Theory concepts (Franck)
* SimDM 1.1. (Herve if he agrees) ?
* VO-DML (Gerard)
* Discussion on the promotion of SimDM and SimDAL

@Carlos: if possible, we should try to have this session not in parallel to Semantics and DM sessions (and potential KDD session)
