Theory sessions in Nara

Dear colleagues,

I've updated the agenda for the Theory IG sessions. Pls note that the 
third session is cancelled because of the little number of talks on 
Services and DAL. We certainly can concentrate all the discussion on TAP 
and SimDAL in one session.
