Nara INTEROP : Theory agenda

Hello,

many changes have been made on the schedule for the theory sessions. In 
particular, we have merged the two last session on Friday to make a 
common THEORY + DAL session. Presentations on SimTAP, SimDAL, TAP on 
SimDB etc has been moved to this common session.

Speakers, pls, take care of these changes!
