About UCD1+ 1.4 upcoming EN

Hi Markus, hi all,
I think we cannot deprecate UCD1+ as a standard , but insert instead 
UCDList 1.4, together with the
other versions, on the IVOA document page.

Baptiste had a sketch for this as shown below. EN could be represented 
as a different color( Orange?) in the table.

If the document table would show the new list with the previous ones, 
that would help
the reader/implementer to jump to the last version easily.
People will be discouraged to use UCDs if it no longer appears as a 
standard, and if they find it difficult to find the last version.

The goal of the Maintenance UCD list was to improve the speed for the 
update, but also to propagate changes to users for the standard they 
might know.

I am not sure the document type REC or EN is important to them , but the 
updated list is, definitely.
