Namespaces

Hi Tony,

actually, for the other schema in the /xml tree we are using the following:
   - http://www.ivoa.net/xml/VOResource/v0.9

therefore the skynode should be something like:
   - http://www.ivoa.net/xml/SkyNode/v0.n
