controlled observatory vocabulary

At the moment, a list of terms has been compiled for observation facilities, including ground observatories and spacecraft, and is being reviewed (any help is welcome). It is just a list of terms with aliases. It is not yet included in our OntoPortal instance, but we already have a simple name resolver:
https://voparis-elasticsearch.obspm.fr/obsfacility/resolve?q=

as well as an interface to list the aliases for a given term:
https://voparis-elasticsearch.obspm.fr/obsfacility/aliases?label=

The name resolver takes any string as input, while the alias listing only accepts the terms of the vocabulary.

At the moment;, we don't include laboratory experiments not simulations. We don't include instrument (using the SPASE definition).
