It is just a list of terms with aliases. It is not yet included in our OntoPortal instance, but we already have a simple name resolver:</div><div><a href="https://voparis-elasticsearch.obspm.fr/obsfacility/resolve?q=">https://voparis-elasticsearch.obspm.fr/obsfacility/resolve?q=</a><br></div><div><br></div><div>as well as an interface to list the aliases for a given term:</div><div><a href="https://voparis-elasticsearch.obspm.fr/obsfacility/aliases?label=">https://voparis-elasticsearch.obspm.fr/obsfacility/aliases?label=</a><br></div><div><br></div><div>The name resolver takes any string as input, while the alias listing only accepts the terms of the vocabulary.</div><div><br></div><div>At the moment;, we don't include laboratory experiments not simulations. We don't include instrument (using the SPASE definition). </div><div><br></div><div>An IVOA note explaining how we built the list and the decisions we took is available here: </div><div><a href="https://ivoa.net/documents/Notes/ObsFacilityWikidata/20231115/index.html">https://ivoa.net/documents/Notes/ObsFacilityWikidata/20231115/index.html</a></div><div><br></div><div>Happy to discuss this further, of course. </div><div><br></div><div>Cheers,</div><div>Baptiste</div><div><br></div><div><div><blockquote type="cite"><div>Le 16 sept. 2024 à 19:05, Ringuette, Rebecca A. Our efforts are beginning with the missions listed in the SPASE records, but will quickly expand beyond them. We would like to build this in a way that collaborates with your efforts, e.g. the Heliophysics version of OntoPortal as Ryan has mentioned and the efforts described in a presentation I found by Baptiste (linked below). Could you please direct us to resources to help us get started in a way that is interoperable? Or, if such a structure already exists, please let us know. I did find the VOFacility structure from the IVOA semantics website (<a href="https://wiki.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/IvoaSemantics/VOFacility.xsd" style="color: rgb(5, 99, 193); text-decoration: underline;">https://wiki.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/IvoaSemantics/VOFacility.xsd</a>), but that includes simulations, which will be problematic for us since simulations will eventually be included in our search interface. Perhaps we can discuss this?<o:p></o:p></div><div style="margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><a href="https://wiki.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/InterOpOct2014Reg/ObsListReg-BCecconi.pdf" style="color: rgb(5, 99, 193); text-decoration: underline;">https://wiki.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/InterOpOct2014Reg/ObsListReg-BCecconi.pdf</a><o:p></o:p></div><div style="margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><i><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Dr. Rebecca Ringuette<o:p></o:p></span></i></div><div style="margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><i><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Principal Open Science Scientist<o:p></o:p></span></i></div><div style="margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><i><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Heliophysics Digital Resource Library<o:p></o:p></span></i></div><div style="margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><i><span style="font-size: 10pt;">NASA Goddard Space Flight Center</span></i></div></div></div></blockquote></div><br></div></body></html>
