[Even list/ event ] stabilizing the name of a data set containing lists of events

Thanks Markus ,

fine with me for "event-list"
and fine also to wait for usecases to define single 'event' in IVOA 
Vocabulary for product_type .
I did not mean it should be added for Obscore, but 'ev' exists in EPN-TAP.
