Hi Semantics,

Here is an attempt to propose a list of new UCD terms to support the 
tagging of Ambiant parameters listed by Alberto Micol for ESO telescopes.
you 'll find the table of new proposed UCDs in one file, and how they 
can be used on Alberto's list in the second file .

this has been discussed together with Sebastien Derriere, after a 
proposal by Andrea Preite-Martinez.
Considering other observation programs may also have to tag such 
observing configuration parameters
we are looking forward for your feedback, comments and suggestions.
