some remarks on "Vocabularies in VO 2"

Dear Semantics, 

For preparing this Interop, I recently read again in detail the « Vocabularies in VO 2 » document and noted my remarks directly into the joined PDF file (for Mac Users this notes are displayed natively in Preview, linux users may use https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evince and Windows users Acrobat reader). 
Some remarks have a quite long text, please scroll down into each "remark tooltip" to display all the text. 

This work took me more time then expected (I under-estimate the needed « bibliography » time) and  I’m sharing the document just some hours before the today session. I am really sorry for that. 

For sure we may not go into these remarks during the today session: there are ~20 remarks and the document arrives late.
I hope we may discuss further those aspects during the incoming semantics virtual meeting that are being planned for the next weeks (for this, please remember to fill the pool https://evento.renater.fr/survey/results/8u3hrekj).
