Vocabularies document RFC period

The document whose RFC period I announced is concerned with  
formalising the multiple vocabularies which are in use in astronomy.   
That set of vocabularies includes one derived from UCDs, but the  
document is not concerned with the maintainance of the UCD list itself.

The ongoing mechanism for proposing changes to the UCD word list is  
described in the document <http://www.ivoa.net/Documents/latest/UCDlistMaintenance.html 
 >.  That process would I'm sure welcome the edits you're proposing.
