UCD vocab project dump..

	Hi all,

	So I duplicated some work from others in the group. Not the first time
	I gather this has happened, but not an ideal action on my part.
	
	At any rate, there might be some stuff I did which is reusable by others,
	or of interest. Notably, I wrote a small perl program to translate text
	(delimited by pipes) into N3 (and I believe TURTLE, a sub-set of N3). I
	have also updated (as a last pass) the serializations to include ones in
	TURTLE, and RDF/XML-ABBREV.

	I have bundled up my mini-project as a tarball in
