Not tried it but says it aims to 'deliver a PHP and web-based ontology
editing and management solution'. Might be useful for any group wanting to
collaboratively develop OWL-based ontology:

good interface for anyone wishing to view it:

(Note: just tried to install this to my provider and could not even get db
