IAU ontology

Folks,
	Attached is the OWL version of all the star classes (which is the brunt 
of it all) from the trex hierlist.txt.  There was no formal inheritance 
in the trex and there were 3 or 4 inconsistencies.  But this is pretty 
close to the IAU document.
I think it would be a day or two more work to do all of the other 
classes.  So, I don't get what we are doing with anything but OWL in a 
semantics work group.
