Oracle has incorporated RDF and OWL into the Oracle10g product and has 
extended its SQL to include RDF triples (very similar to RDQL).

They provide a plugin to Protege to allow that to be the front end to 
the Oracle RDF tables and a standalone app that takes N3 format OWL to 
Oracle or from Oracle to N3.
