Scheduling a Zoom meeting: Improving IVOA registration for new data service providers

Hi everybody,

 It was my mistake: I created a meeting on my calendar and it sent invites
to everybody on the list.
When I noticed the mistake, I removed everybody from this (personal) event
of mine.
Sorry about that.
