You are both claiming the following managed authority:

Please resolve this among the two of you. 
 
At the time we ran this report (2019-04-30T14:36:05 -0400) this was 
the only managed authority clash among all RofR-listed registries. The 
report takes into consideration the managed authorities claimed by the 
"live" Registry Resource published by each respective registry (i.e. 
in the response to the Identity OAI-PMH verb) and not the Registry 
Resources hosted in the RofR. In the latter case a few more clashes 
are discovered due to the RofR resources being slightly out of date - 
this is taken care independently as we speak.
