Registry WG schedule for joint sessions

The main Interop schedule for November 2018 has been drafted. It includes two sessions on Friday that are joint sessions between Registry and other working groups on topics where our work overlaps. Please us know if you have any issues with the schedule, especially if you are scheduled to talk in one of these sessions!



The first is a joint session with Apps, on general Registry topics, MOCs (hence the Apps crossover), TAP and Python
