   Hi Gus,

   I guess this is mainly an issue with the registry search interfaces. 
I've tried
to query directly the different registries via the OAI-PMH protocol for this
resource (ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/311).

   Namely, these are :
1) for registry.astrogrid.org

2) for alt.registry.astrogrid.org

1, 3 and 4 answer properly with consistent metadata.
2 does not answer

   So the resource description has been properly harvested by
at least 3 out of 4 of the registries that TopCat is listing, and is
readily available via OAI-PMH protocol.
   Of course, if the search, i.e. the resource discovery, is broken,
this is bad...
