SimpleDALRegExt: new internal draft

Hi RWG,

I've just uploaded a new internal draft version of the SimpleDALRegExt 
spec ("Describing Simple Data Access Services") to the SimpleDALRegExt 
twiki page 
(http://www.ivoa.net/cgi-bin/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/SimpleDALRegExt).  This 
spec defines VOResource extensions for Cone Search, SIA, SSA, and SLA.  
Apart from some appendix material, the text is complete in that all 
sections have the basic text.  Now commences the editing.  

I hope to get a released version to the doc repository this week.
