interpretation of "to"

Hey Kevin (or anyone else who knows),

In your implementation of the keywordSearch, how are you interpreting 
the "to" argument?.  Is it the position of the last record to include, or 
the position of the record after that?

(It occurred to me that it's possible that you are interpreting it as 
"max", in which case, I might suggest a perhaps nicer way to address this 
issue.)
