SSA Schema for 1.0

Were in the process of moving all our client an components to using 1.0 
entries.  I noticed information and schema here for SSA. 
http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/SsaResourceSchema

Is this considered the official stable schema that will be used for 
SSA?  If so then will make sure validation happens against this schema 
for SSA entries.  Also if it is might wish to move it to the XML Schema 
area.
