Try new RofR

Hi Registry providers,

I just deployed a new version of the Registry of Registries; please have a 
look.  Please look find it at:

   http://rofr.ivoa.net:8081/vovalidation/regvalidate.html

This new version:

   o  scales better to larger repositories
   o  provides incremental validation results as it tests
   o  integrates with the registration process*

*At the moment the register function is turned off at the moment as I am 
fixing a bug.

I'll send additional word today.
