This one is due to the spaces that surround values like identifier and 
accessURL.  VOResource v1.0 will allow these spaces for greater 
readability of the XML.  (Any chance that we can let this one through, 
given our impending move to v1.0?)

I can't seem to find this record in the STScI registry.  Do you think
this 
one was skipped due to this validation error?
