It looks like there is a misunderstanding about JVO registry.

We are actually using v0.10 schema, and are harvesting from several publishing
registries. The version I told to Ray is not a version VO resource schema, 
but a version of the "registry interface document".

Here is a list of definsition of shcema used in the JVO searchable registry.
