The RofR's OAI interface is up and running at 
http://nvo.ncsa.uiuc.edu/cgi-bin/rofr/oai.pl; feel free to use it for 
testing.  I'll be "moving" it to its planned URL later after completing 
the validation half of service.  

The two important sets it supports are:

  ivo_managed:  As per the RI spec, this returns the records that 
                originate with this registry.  At the moment, these are 3 
                records: an Organisation describing the IVOA, an Authority 
                describing its claim to the ivoa.net authority ID, and the 
                RofR registry itself.  

  ivoa_publishers:  Use this set to retreive known publishing registries 
                that can be harvested from.  Currently, this returns only 
                on Registry record--itself.
