Oh wow, it looks very useful!

Just a minor point regarding versions.

1) It would be useful to add a SourceLanguageVersion,
    especially for scripting languages,
    e.g.:

    SourceLanguage: python
    SourceLanguageVersion: 2.3.2

    Another possibility would be to explicit the version within the same
    SourceLanguage field (e.g. python2.3.2) but that requires some good
    convention to ensure in all cases proper parsing.


2) Similarly VOStandards also requires versioning;
    but of course a version is necessary for each of the adopted VO  
standards.
