Registry of Registries?

It is not yet ready for registering registries.  You can harvest from it 
though via  http://nvo.ncsa.uiuc.edu/cgi-bin/rofr; obviously, it only 
contains its own local stuff.  

The registration part is about 80% complete; it includes a validater, 
which is the non-trivial part.
